At RudrakshaBuy.com, we are committed to providing our customers with authentic Rudraksha, certified gemstones, malas, bracelets, pendants, and other spiritual products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

  1. Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • The product received is different from what was ordered.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with your order number, clear photographs, and an unboxing video (if available).

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or incorrectly delivered:

  • Energized or blessed Rudraksha and gemstones.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering by the customer.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Products without original packaging, tags, or certificates (where applicable).
  1. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges, COD charges, and other service fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  1. Exchange Policy

We only replace products if they are:

  • Damaged during delivery.
  • Defective.
  • Incorrectly shipped by us.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  1. Order Cancellation
  • Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped for a full refund.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the Return Policy will apply, if eligible.
  1. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and an unboxing video. Failure to report within this period may affect your eligibility for a return or replacement.

  1. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, defective, or damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return is approved for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

  1. Authenticity

We strive to provide only genuine Rudraksha and certified gemstones. Variations in color, texture, shape, size, and natural inclusions are inherent characteristics of natural products and shall not be considered defects or grounds for return.

This Return & Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to this Return & Refund Policy or any purchase made through RudrakshaBuy.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
